OS's 1 & 2 are serviced with IFB's from the RTS system feeding TBU's 1 & 2 respectively. The clean feeds are generated by Aux 1L & Aux 1R, to enable pre-fade talk-through, since the Mix-Minus outputs from the Neve 55 do not permit signals to be sent pre-fade.

There are two 4-wires into the building to enable coordination circuits for these OS's. These are :

Ext 1 : ANUK 700104

Ext 2 : ANUK 700105

The TBU's referred to above can of course be used as for Phono's, using the same clean feeds / IFB's.

Live translation is available via the Prospect CMU 21 in Edit E. Patching as follows :

On Air Mic to Ch 32 b R

Aux 5 L to Cue Prog I/P

Talkback is via MCR tielines to RTS port "TRAN"

There does not seem to be a set convention for the use of Edit E tielines ; 10 available but pair 2 faulty.

Live commentary is available via the Prospect unit in Studio 4 - located above make-up, near the On-Line Edit Suites. The multicore has been installed into Studio 1 SCR, so needs to be on-passed to Studio 2 as necessary. Recent patching has been as follows :

On-air mic to Ch 30 a L

Aux 8 to Cue Prog I/P

Talkback via MCR / CAR to RTS port "COM4"

Use of other mixer auxes :

Aux 1L : Clean Feed A

Aux 1R : Clean Feed B

Aux 2 : Mics Pre-hear

Aux 3 : Foldback

Aux 4 : Presenter Earpiece feed (mixed in with TLT2 talkback)

Aux 5L : Translators Cue Prog (Edit E)

Aux 5R :

Aux 6 : Outside Source Pre-hear

Aux 7 : Foldback

Aux 8 : Commentators Cue Prog (Studio 4)

Floor Manager's Radio Talkback available :

Tx : 462.90625 mHz

Rx : 469.64375 mHz

Sadly this is the only available channel and is therefore shared with the Presenters Radio Earpiece receiver.
